At Leclerc Robotique, our machining department is distinguished by:

Welding
Our welding department is equipped to meet the requirements of the most complex projects, from prototype to serial production. Thanks to our experienced team and our modern facilities, we produce robust and precise assemblies, whether steel, stainless steel or aluminum.
Manual welding, mechanical welding, or preparation for machining:
we master each step to offer durable structures, ready for assembly or to proceed with machining.
- FCAW (flux-cored wire): Perfect for outdoor work or thick parts, this process combines the performance of MIG with a high tolerance to ambient conditions, without compromising strength.
- GMAW (MIG): Ideal for mild and stainless steels, this fast and clean process is perfectly suited for mass production and medium to large thickness metal structures.
- GTAW (TIG): used for high-precision welding, especially on aluminum and stainless steels. It is preferred for delicate or aesthetic assemblies, especially in critical environments.
Sheet metal
Our sheet metal department offers a full service, thanks to a combination of high-performance equipment and proven field expertise.
- High-precision water jet cutting, ideal for clean cuts, without a thermally affected area
- Digital press brake, for precise and reproducible bends, even on complex geometries
- Custom manufacturing, from prototype to mass production
- Tight tolerances and exceptional finish quality, ready for assembly or secondary machining
