The project involves the installation of an automated cell that will empty cocoa bags in a safe, fast and efficient way.
The operator first places a full pallet on the infeed conveyor. From this point on, the system automatically looks after the entire process: the pallet is raised to the right level, the bags are picked up in rows, opened and emptied into a receiving bin. The empty bags are then removed, while the pallet is automatically removed at the end of the cycle.
Thanks to this automation, the emptying of bags no longer depends on repetitive manual intervention. The system ensures a constant flow, reduces handling risks and improves safety thanks to its built-in protections (safety curtains, skirts and anchors).
The entire system is controlled by a PLC and an operator display, ensuring simple, reliable operation tailored to production needs.
