The project involves the installation of an automated cell that will empty cocoa bags in a safe, fast and efficient way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The operator first places a full pallet on the infeed conveyor. From this point on, the system automatically looks after the entire process: the pallet is raised to the right level, the bags are picked up in rows, opened and emptied into a receiving bin. The empty bags are then removed, while the pallet is automatically removed at the end of the cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to this automation, the emptying of bags no longer depends on repetitive manual intervention. The system ensures a constant flow, reduces handling risks and improves safety thanks to its built-in protections (safety curtains, skirts and anchors).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The entire system is controlled by a PLC and an operator display, ensuring simple, reliable operation tailored to production needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
